Hi I’m Caroline, a regular blogger and the freelance Editor of whatsonnortheast.com. I founded my consultancy business crowdweaver after I spent 6 years providing strategic and tactical Audience Development consultancy to Arts/Cultural organisations in an agency setting. My clients included Arts Council England, The Sage Gateshead, Tyne & Wear Museums, Tyneside Cinema, BALTIC, Theatre Royal, National Glass Centre and MIMA among many others.
