Thinking about art (or cake)
I work for Audiences North East, as Marketing Manager. I graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 1998 and I’ve since had a varied career including being the owner/manager of a gourmet coffee bar, and a scuba dive videographer in Thailand and New Zealand.
I’ve lived in the North East since 2005, and I plan to stick around, having been a wandering hobo for most of my life. There’s so much exciting cultural activity to take part in, and I feel particularly lucky to have a job which puts me at the heart of it all.
I have a wonderful fiance, and I enjoy torturing him by talking about weddings as much as possible. Apart from that, my hobbies are writing, photography, salad dodging and frisbee on the beaches near here.
I want to do more art, not just look at it.
