A night where astronomy meets art.

Experience Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon album like never before in our planetarium – with visuals displayed on the dome to accompany the music – and take in the awe-inspiring view of a seven-metre-wide illuminated Moon, suspended above the ground.

Museum of the Moon, created by UK artist Luke Jerram, displays the Moon’s surface in stunning detail with digital imagery captured by a NASA satellite. Grab a drink at the bar and take a seat to slowly take in the spectacular art installation.

Admission includes:

  • 15-minute Live Skies planetarium show
  • 45-minute Dark Side of the Moon show in the planetarium
  • Opportunity to explore Museum of the Moon

Please note: Late entry will not be permitted, so please ensure you arrive on time. Seats are not pre-allocated and we cannot guarantee that your party will be able to sit together. Please note that other areas of the science centre will not be open – this ticket provides access to a timed planetarium show and Museum of the Moon only. Drinks are not included with admission and must be purchased separately. Drinks are not permitted inside the planetarium.
