Free Group Exercise Classes

Takes place at various times at lesure centres across County Durham
The free taster classes are available from Tuesday 3 to Sunday 15 January at all of our leisure centres. There are three levels of class available in January.
Classes such as Gentle Aerobics and Circuits, yoga or pilates are ideal for those wanting to ease themselves into a new fitness programme gently or if returning to exercise after a break.
Exercisers wanting to increase or maintain their current level of fitness can take advantage of classes such as boxercise, bodypump, zumba and clubbercise and, for those who want more of a challenge, high intensity classes such as boot camp, metafit, cyclenergy and functional training achieve maximum results and help to push participants’ fitness to a higher level.
