The Tower House Gallery has 2 new artists for September.  Northumberland-based Libby Watkins produces oil and  watercolour paintings with a loose transparency highlighted by intricate detail. Originals and prints are available of her work.

Karen Willis, originally from the Shetland Islands, and currently based in Morpeth, Northumberland, is inspired by her native Scotland and the Northumberland landscape. Karens’ brightly coloured, bold watercolours and acrylics have a unique style.

New work in the gallery includes Luca Serra’s organic wooden hand-carved sculptures, Ruth Bonds subtle oil paintings, Marion Morrisons watercolours and Rosanna Hendersons colourful mosaics and watercolours by Rose Di Mascio. We show a wide range of original paintings as well as prints. There is also a varied selection of ceramics, jewellery and glass art.
