As the UK’s largest youth drama festival, SSF are celebrating their 10th Anniversary in Durham and 80 other cities and towns; giving 14,000 young people the chance to experience the genius of Shakespeare through performance.
The Festival works in partnership with National Theatre and the National Youth Theatre who provide workshops enabling teachers and young people to produce Shakespeare at its most innovative and entertaining. Here, four of our local schools stage four different half-hour plays.
