An Installation by November Club in Gallery One.

A celebration of form and dance, drawing on the sculptural construction of Elizabethan costume and period choreography, with extending shadows drawing out the memory of movement.

The installation reveals artist Julia Barton’s inspiration for the making of sculptural dance costumes for November Club’s site-specific performance Traces & Graces, commissioned by Dance City’s Trading Places site-specific programme of performance in 2009.
