New Labour provides a rich vein of political satire for Alistair Beaton, writer from TV shows such as, Not the Nine O’ Clock News, Spitting Image and Drop the Dead Donkey.
Set during the party conference against a background of anti capitalist riots, Eddy, a ruthless and obsessive master of Spin, manipulates image, power play and the potential disaster of a GM Crop scandal involving beer and strange changes to the male body.
