Young people from Silx Teen Bar, Blyth have created this temporary exhibition in the Woodhorn cafe as part of Takeover Day 2010. Takeover Day is a national event offering children and young people across the country the chance to work alongside museum professionals. The work on display is a visual response to the changing fashions from 1700 – 1980. The exhibition will be accompanied by a day of activities on Friday 12th November 12-2pm. The young people will spend the day travelling through time, reinterpreted items they have discovered in the archive.
