TheModernTimes is a group of young people aged between 14 and 21 from across Teesside. The group meets regularly at mima to plan and organise events for other young people.
"Being a part of the group has encouraged me to strive for success as a film maker and photographer. Until joining TMT I wasn't aware of the career options in the arts industry and had very little confidence in myself. This is starting to change now. TheModernTimes group has given me the opportunity to connect and engage other young people like me."
