NGI are searching for a Development Manager

Think you could play a part in making the Great Exhibition of the North in 2018 a huge success? NGI are looking for a Development Manager to work with their Business Development Director and the Exhibition’s Executive Director to help raise the ambitious fundraising targets for 2018’s event.

The Great Exhibition of the North is taking place in summer 2018 across Newcastle and Gateshead, and will be a £10m celebrating innovation and creativity across the region, as well as boosting tourism and investment in the North East to leave a lasting legacy.

NGI are looking for someone who can establish relationships with businesses and the commercial sector as well as working in close collaboration with key partners across the region (including BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Sage Gateshead and the Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums). They will always have a great track record in fundraising and sponsorship in support of multi-million pound projects.

In addition, you’ll also have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently and effectively with a range of colleagues, stakeholders, partners and clients.
