Queen’s Hall welcomes visitors with disabilities and aims to ensure that your visit is as safe and hassle free as possible. If you require help to get to your seat, please contact our Box Office in advance and our staff will be happy to assist you. Companions of wheelchair users may attend show free of charge. An induction loop has been installed at the rear of the theatre. Hearing aids are also available during film screenings. Guide Dogs are welcome in all areas of Queen’s Hall, and drinks can be arranged for dogs. A toilet for wheelchair users is located between the main toilets and two more can be found behind the Exchange Café bar. These toilets also offer baby change facilities.

Directions
Queen’s Hall is in Beaumont Street, in the centre of the historic market town, Hexham, opposite Hexham Abbey. By car: Approximately 22 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne in the direction of Carlisle, only five minutes from A69 dual carriageway. Leave A69 at the large roundabout sign posted ‘Hexham’ and follow A6079 into centre of town. By Train: Queen’s Hall is five minutes walk from Hexham railway station, with mainline trains running between Newcastle and Carlisle. By Bus: Alight at Hexham Bus Station on Priestpopple. Turn left and walk along Priestpopple passing HSBC and Natwest banks, until you reach Beaumont Street on the right.
