Gifted to the nation by Sir Charles Philips Trevelyan, Socialist MP and ‘illogical Englishman’, Wallington is a 13,000-acre estate of woodland, parkland, moorland, farmland and the impressive nineteenth-century home. Join the General Manager to discover highlights of the property’s history before strolling around the Walled Garden where you’ll hear about the conservation work underway on the greenhouse and owl house. A hearty cream tea will round off your afternoon.
