Exploring the connection between printmaker Birgit Skiӧld (1923-1982) with South Shields born poet and writer James Kirkup (1918-2009). This exhibition presents a small number of intaglio and embossed prints gifted to Northern Print by the Birgit Skiöld Memorial Trust and focuses on Skiöld’s interest in Japanese gardens.
