Let the kids get stuck in to history with the chance to uncover clues, and handle artefacts. Take part in a sand pit dig to unveil secrets from the late Roman period – the time of King Arthur! Plus, we’ll have plenty of hands on activities to keep your mini detective busy, including colouring and games to dressing up, sword skills, armour handling, storytelling and hands on excavation!
Families can also take part in ‘Chesters Fort Takeover’, the new family trail permanently on site.
