Health Walk

Take a guided walk around the heritage woodlands and riverbanks of Durham City. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. The walk starts at the North Door of the Cathedral.

Participants will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire at the start of the walk and should note that some steps and short, steep inclines will be encountered along the route. The walk will last for approximately 1 hour and we follow a different route every week.

There are also opportunities for those interested in becoming a trained walk leader. For more information contact events@durhamcathedral.co.uk
