We are going to tell you a story
One that is not often told
The story of a woman who exacts her revenge on the men that destroyed her
and the Gods that cursed her
We are going to tell you the story of Medusa, the truth.

Innovative storytellers and theatre-makers Proper Job Theatre Company collaborate with award-winning writer Helen Mort to re-tell this classic myth from the point of view of Medusa.

This modern adaptation shows Medusa growing up in modern society and sheds light on the softer side of the ‘monster’ we think we know. This powerful story has echoed throughout generations and, through a contemporary setting, we see how her story is still important and relevant today.

Age advisory 16 years + as the show contains adult themes of sexual assault and pornography.
