17 January 2017 - 19 January 2017

19:00

An evening of stargazing and observing through large telescopes with local amateur astronomer Neill Sanders.

Learn how to find your way around the night sky and how to locate fascinating objects including those our eyes alone cannot see.  You are welcome to bring binoculars or telescope.  Hot drinks will be available for a small fee and a car parking ticket will be required.

To see the stars depends on the weather therefore this event will be short notice and run on a ‘first clear night’ basis on one of the dates.

To register your interest and to receive notification when the exact date is know (1 or 2 days before) please visit the Hamsterly Forest page on the Go Stargazing website.
