Kitty returns to her native Northumberland to sing some of the regions fine folk songs together with music from the wider English repertoire and from the shows. A BBC Young Generation Artist at the outset of her career, she subsequently won the Kathleen Ferrier award. Her recent Wigmore Hall recital with Joseph Middleton won universal praise from the critics.
