Mon-Fri 10am-5pm; Sat 10am-4pm; Sun 11am-4pm

Presenting a series of woodcuts from a collaborative project by Norwegian artists Annette and Caroline Kierulf. Having agreed a common framework for the prints, the two artists (also sisters) make individual artworks. Using the scale and format of posters, these woodcuts use one of the oldest forms of printmaking to explore very current concerns of technology, economy, consumerism and the environment. They see their work as ‘aesthetic resistance’ to the challenges of our society.
