Learn taxidermy with Tonja Grung, member of the British Academy of Taxidermy and owner of the company Made from the Dead.
These workshops provide an ideal introduction to the craft of taxidermy in which you will be taught all the basic skills – from skinning and preparing to mounting and preserving.
Join us to create a mouse that looks almost human, perhaps wearing a hat and spectacles?
Props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
There is a maximum of 20 participants per workshop.
Tonja does not kill or endorse the killing of animals for taxidermy and all specimens are sourced legally in accordance with the wildlife and countryside act 1981.
Part of the ANIMAL INSIDE OUT series of events.
