An evening shared by Pelican Theatre and Beth Veitch Dance, created and performed by emerging female dance artists. Pelican Theatre’s Fable is a simple story told in a not-so-simple way, dipping in and out of movement and voice to tell you about seagulls, self-perfection, and most importantly… that thing that you really enjoy. ‘When I think about the moments that I’ve been acutely aware of time passing, they have one thing in common: waiting.’ Beth Veitch’s Waiting on It explores how we experience time, or rather don’t experience it, through a mix of live dance and film.
