The inaugural Durham Vocal Festival brings the finest local, national and international vocal music to Durham.

From the UK premiere of Defiant Requiem: Verdi at Terezin, to the internationally known King’s Singers, Will Todd, Northern Lights: a mixed a cappella group and the National Youth Choir Fellowship Programme culminating in the North East Festival of Youth Choirs celebrating the diverse talent of young choral music in the area.

Alongside the prestigious performances there will also be workshops for primary choirs, conductors and members of the community to work alongside some of the choral world’s biggest names.
