Elmer’s Great North Parade 2019
Book Now

21 August 2019
FAMILIES from across the UK are invited to head to the North East this summer for the region’s biggest, public, mass-participation event of 2019.
Elmer’s Great North Parade will open to the public on 21 August – when 50 individually decorated sculptures of the popular storybook character, Elmer the Elephant, will be positioned across Tyne and Wear.
The ten-week long, free event will be followed by an auction of the sculptures, on 12 November, to raise funds for North East charity St Oswald’s Hospice.
