Following its smash hit runs in London, Bill Kenwright’s production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s Evita returns to Newcastle, starring West End stars Madalena Alberto (Les Miserables) as Eva and Gian Marco Schiaretti (Tarzan) as Che. Telling the story of Eva Person – wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron – Evita follows Eva’s journey from humble beginnings through to extradordinary iconic status.
