Carte Blanche is a group of women writers based in the North East, and developed out of a Centre for Lifelong Learning course based at Newcastle University. It has been running independently for a number of years and provides space and support to encourage member’s writing, many of whom are published poets and authors. Carte Blanche members will be reading from their latest anthology, White Card.
