Guitarists Mark and Joel have worked with some of the very best in the jazz world (including Jacqui Dankworth and Louis Stewart). They’ve been performing as a duo since they met on the BMus degree at Newcastle College in 2000. For this performance they will be focusing on a choice selection of contemporary standards from composers such as Wayne Shorter, Steve Swallow and Charlie Haden, along with some original compositions.
