Hot Club du Nord, the North’s premier exponents of the classic 1930s Gypsy Jazz style, is led by critically acclaimed jazz violinist Emma Fisk and features the talents of Bruce Rollo on double bass and James Birkett and David Harris on guitars.

Featuring a selection of the ever popular Reinhardt / Grappelli repertoire plus a sprinkling of Christmas classics played Gypsy Jazz style, this is the perfect show to brighten up your pre-Christmas programme with something just a little bit different!

Led by British Jazz Award nominee Emma Fisk (violin), and featuring the exceptional talents of James Birkett & David Harris (guitars), and Bruce Rollo (double bass), Emma Fisk’s Hot Club du Nord has quickly established them as one of the foremost UK exponents of the classic 1930s/40s Gypsy Jazz repertoire of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli.

Their musically sparkling performances, engaging manner and infectious joy in the music have made them popular at arts centres, theatres, concert halls, jazz clubs, festivals, and village hall venues alike.
