Dr Tom Hill is an expert in nutrition from Newcastle University.

He’ll be describing how it’s very important to have a good diet in order to have healthy bones.

There’s a particular focus on calcium and vitamin D, two nutrients which have a long standing connection to healthy bones.

What could you change up in your diet to keep all those bones strong?
