11.00am

Bishops, priests and deacons of the diocese renew their ministerial vows at a service of Holy Communion on the day before the commemoration of the crucifixion of Jesus.
As we prepare to remember the death of our Lord, so the ministers of the diocese bring new life to their ministry. This connection between life and death is intensified in the blessing of the oils of anointing of the sick or dying, of chrism and of signing with the cross, used at the beginning and the end of the lives of members of this Cathedral community.
