Walking together in memory of our loved ones.
The 5km walk will begin at dusk and supporters will carry a paper lantern to light the way along the route as the sun sets, in celebration of the life of those they are remembering.
The Lantern Walk will be a moving and poignant celebration of life and the chance to reflect on those we love, but are no longer with us.
The event will open with music and entertainment, before the walkers take to the course, carrying their lanterns to light the way.
