An iIllustrated talk by Vicky Rae.
Set up in October 2010, the Northumberland Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (NIFCA) aims to regulate and manage sea fisheries and the marine environment.
Vicky is Environmental Officer for NIFCA and will outline the work that they do and some of the challenges of trying to manage our coastal waters, which includes research, fisheries patrols and enforcement at sea within the 6-mile nautical limit.
