THE NORTHERN TYPOGRAPHY EXHIBITION TAKES PLACE AT THE SPANISH CITY IN WHITLEY BAY

For the Love of the North has brought together some of the most talented and unique local creatives for a celebration of northern typography, through multiple mediums, including; print, stitch, paint and wood.  Featured artists include Tim Sokell, Mango Signs, Bianco Perry, Silly Rabbit, Aissa Tyler and Blinkin’ Imp.

Through Northern slang, local maps and signage the talented creatives have brought their own individuality and style to produce artworks that celebrate northern culture and create a unique art collection that captures the very essence of northern spirit.

Paul and Lucy Hull from For The Love of The North commented “We’re thrilled to unveil the Northern Typography Exhibition which showcases all the grit, wit and love of the North. We hope this free exhibition is enjoyed by all who reside and visit Whitley Bay”. 

The Northern Typography Exhibition is available to view upstairs in the Spanish City, Whitley Bay from 4th April – 3rd July 2022. Framed prints, banners and canvasses  are also available to buy at For the Love of the North.
