Tuesday 16 November marks 20 years since the first Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, was released in cinemas, and as a Harry Potter filming location, Durham Cathedral is inviting visitors to celebrate this milestone anniversary.
Art Exhibition to Benefit British Wildlife
A preview evening and two-day exhibition of paintings, drawings, prints and bronze sculpture by two renowned wildlife artists is to be held in Northumberland to raise money for the UK's leading wildlife research charity, the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT), as well as Brain Tumour Research and The High Sheriff Awards.

All the stars of Space Zone are back, including Mission Control; a mock-up of the International Space Station that you can walk around inside; and the digital globe, The Sphere. Younger visitors can also enjoy the show Naughty Monsters Explore the Planets in the North's biggest planetarium (with socially distanced seating, of course).
